What is the difference between "Occupancy" and "Vacancy" modes?

Occupancy turns lights on automatically when you enter. Vacancy requires a manual button press to turn lights on, but turns them off automatically when you leave—often required for Title 24 or high-efficiency builds.

Will the lights turn off if I am sitting still?

Lutron XCT technology is designed to detect fine motion, such as typing or reading, to keep lights active. Sensitivity and timeout (1 to 30 minutes) are fully adjustable.

Can these sensors control a bathroom fan?

The 5A model (MS-OPS5M) is rated for up to 3A general-purpose fans, making it perfect for bathroom automation.
