Refund policy

30-Day Returns (Canada)

If something isn’t right, you may request a return for most items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be new and unused, uninstalled, and resalable as new, in original packaging (in resalable condition) with all accessories, components, manuals/inserts, and proof of purchase.

RMA required: Please contact our team first to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions. Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused or returned at your expense.

Return shipping (Canada): For eligible returns shipped from within Canada, we may provide a prepaid return label. We process refunds after we receive and inspect the item and confirm eligibility. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, subject to payment network rules and bank processing times.

Final sale / non-returnable items: Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Special Order / Custom / Configured items
  • Clearance / Final Sale items
  • Cut-to-length products
  • Items with opened/broken tamper seals (where applicable)
  • Items with activated/consumed digital entitlements (where applicable)

Any exclusions or different terms will be clearly shown on the product page and/or at checkout.

Defective or damaged items: If you believe your item arrived defective or damaged, contact us promptly and we’ll help troubleshoot and, if needed, guide you through the appropriate claim or warranty steps.
