30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

If something isn’t right, you can return most new, unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method.

Returns within Canada are free — we’ll provide a prepaid return label and process your refund once we’ve received and inspected the item. Products must be in their original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.

Certain items such as special orders, clearance deals, or custom-configured products may be final sale or subject to different terms; when that’s the case, it will be clearly noted on the product page.
