The EcoNet Controls ELS100-SK1-3 is a 3-pack expansion kit for your Bulldog Smart Water Shutoff system. These wireless sensors are the "eyes and ears" of your leak prevention strategy.

Designed to pair directly with Bulldog Wi-Fi (EVC300) and Bulldog Matter (EVC400) controllers, they communicate via a dedicated 433MHz radio frequency. This ensures that if a leak is detected, the signal is sent instantly to the valve robot to shut off the water—even if your Wi-Fi is down.

  • Any EcoNet controller with "433MHz" pairing capability.
⚠️ NOT Compatible With:
  • Bulldog Z-Wave (EVC200): The Z-Wave unit does not have the 433MHz receiver enabled. Z-Wave users should purchase standard Z-Wave leak sensors (e.g., from Zooz, Ring, or Fibaro) and pair them to their hub.

FAQ

Do these connect to Wi-Fi?
No. They connect via radio frequency (RF) directly to the Bulldog Valve Robot. The Valve Robot then uses Wi-Fi to alert your phone. This makes the sensors much faster and battery-efficient than direct Wi-Fi sensors.

How do I test them?
Put your system in "Ready" mode (Green light). Dip the sensor's metal feet into a small puddle of water (or use a wet paper towel). The Bulldog valve should close immediately.

How long do batteries last?
Typically 1-2 years depending on testing frequency. The sensor uses a standard 12V A23 alkaline battery, available at most drugstores.
