The EcoNet Controls Bulldog-JW (Just Works) is a heavy-duty smart motor designed to upgrade your existing water shutoff valve. It clamps directly over your current lever-handle ball valve, adding Wi-Fi remote control and automatic safety features without the need for a plumber.

This is the Base Unit (EVC300-HC2LXL-WIFI). It connects directly to your home Wi-Fi (no hub required) and includes a wired local leak probe. It is the perfect foundation for a custom leak protection system or for users who simply want the ability to turn their water on/off from their phone.

FAQ

Does this replace my existing valve?
No. This robot sits on top of your existing manual valve and turns the handle for you. You do not need to cut pipes.

What if the power goes out?
The unit is powered by a wall outlet. For protection during power outages, we recommend adding the EcoNet Battery Backup (BB3K). You can also pull the clutch pin to manually turn the valve handle in an emergency.

Can I add wireless sensors later?
Yes! This EVC300 controller has a built-in 433MHz receiver. You can pair up to 20 EcoNet ELS100 wireless leak sensors to this unit at any time.
