The POEJK-S1224B is a Gigabit IEEE 802.3af/at PoE splitter that accepts 44–57V PoE input and provides a regulated 12V, 2A DC output (24W). It lets you power 12V devices from an existing PoE line using a standard DC barrel connector and included barrel-adapter set.
