FAQ
Will the RE115 work with my Interlogix/GE system?
The RE115 is designed for the Interlogix/GE-style 319.5 MHz ecosystem. Confirm your panel’s supported wireless frequency before ordering.
Is this a smoke alarm?
No. This is a carbon monoxide (CO) alarm. CO alarms and smoke alarms detect different hazards, and many homes use both.
How do I enroll the RE115?
Put the panel into wireless enrollment mode, then press and hold the RE115 test button for several seconds to send the enrollment signal.
How often should I test it, and when should I replace it?
Test after installation and weekly thereafter. Replace the CO alarm after approximately 10 years (see “replace by” label).
Note: Always follow the included installation guide and any local requirements. A CO alarm is not a substitute for proper installation and maintenance of fuel-burning appliances and ventilation systems.
