The Comtrend PG-9172PT is a G.hn powerline adapter with a built-in pass-through electrical outlet. It uses your existing electrical wiring to carry network traffic at up to 1200Mbps (PHY), then provides a Gigabit Ethernet port wherever you plug it in. Important: A minimum of two G.hn powerline adapters is required to create a working link. Use this single PG-9172PT as an add-on to an existing G.hn kit, or pair it with another PG-9172PT or compatible Comtrend G.hn adapter near your router.
